In the Order we take training very seriously, since we are committed to provide the ways and means for everyone to develop their skills to the best of their abilities.
Unlike many other crews, we encourage midshipmen to play the bnav puzzle in real pillages, under the supervision of more experienced officers but we won't grant promotions unless our high requirement standards are met.
